Every year in San Diego, it rains a whoooole lot in January and February, which means that by the end of March, our beautiful wild flowers will be in full bloom until the end of May, which means this is the perfect time to take your spring engagement photos.

Year round I receive inquiries for “pretty photos in the flowers” but sadly we have such a short window of time to take photos when they’re in bloom. Spring engagement photos are perfect for the couples getting engaged around the holidays. I also always try to offer 2 mini session days every spring so if you’re interested in minis, follow me on IG where I announce my minis on my stories before spring time and then again right before fall!

Juliette & Sage are the sweetest couple and I cannot wait for their spring wedding next year!! Juliette followed me on IG and then we spotted each other in a hot yoga class and started chatting more over instagram. She told me she knew I’d be her wedding photographer whenever they got engaged which is literally the hugest honor always. There is something SO cool as an artist when someone KNOWS that they MUST have YOU shoot their wedding. The privilege is never lost on me. <3
